Must Have Puffs!

Tripp loves his Puffs!
(A Cheerio sized snack for little ones that dissolves in their mouths.)
Story:
I was doing some work around the house, so I put Tripp in his walker and gave him some puffs. Well he dropped a couple, and when he ran out of the ones on his tray, he decided to go and get 'em!
Don't worry, he didn't get hurt. Our son is quite the little acrobat / dare devil. He loves to climb up, down, over.....he's a climber!

Later, he tried to climb back in!!

Playdate!

Silly us! April & I actually believed that we could meet at the school to get some work done with the babies in tow. We thought they'd play and keep themselves busy. We forgot to take into account that these babies haven't really been around each other enough to remember.

So, when the mommies tried to sneak away the babes got worried and cried,
Where are the Mommies going?

mommies there = goodtimes

no mommies = hysterical crying!

Ohh, poor baby

When the gate was down and they were free to explore, that's when the fun began!

There are so many captions ..........
What would you title this picture?

Here's a little vid of them climbing the stairs. That Talia sure is talkative!

Stairs!

It's official...Tripp has been introduced to stairs and he loves them!

Up & Down, up & down, over & over again.....this is how he spent our entire afternoon at my frined Aly's house. She has a step down into her living room and it was just the right size for Tripp. Unfortunately I did not get the best video of it. :-( Everytime he noticed the camera he would stop and crawl straight for it! I did get a little snid - bit ... enjoy!

Here's a bonus video of Tripp walking down, (in his walker), the hallway at my parent's house.

Visiting Long Island

This week my school is on Winter Break, so Tripp & I decided to venture down to Long Island to visit with Grandma & Grandpa Capano & Uncle Brian for a couple of days. He is having a great time exploring their house and getting into all sorts of trouble! Yesterday we heard a loud banging noise and it ended up that Tripp had opened the bottom cabinet of Mom's curio cabinet and decided to throw her glass salt bowls all over the dining room floor! Grandma was not expecting that!

Here are some pics from Tripp's adventures.

On our first night, I went out to visit with some friends and left the Grands in charge.....Tripp realized that his Grands would come and get him if he cried, hence he began to cry until he was picked up and cuddled. When I return home (1:30am), this was what I found. Boy oh boy, Tripp sure does know how to play those Grands!

Yummy, morning bananna....

Tripp tired himself out by crawling up and down the bowling alley that my parents call a hallway!
He also cruised around in his walker...

He loved petting the puppy statues...

And windows are always a favorite.....

Playtime with Grandpa....

A new puppy toy....

Snuggling with Grandma....

Talking politics .....

Visiting Uncle Brian's room...

As always, Grandpa decided to teach Tripp a bad habit. This time it's how to open spice jars!

Getting some love from Brandy....

Playing airplane with the Grands!

More adventures are on the way! We leave here Tuesday morning to head back to good 'ol CT and Daddy!

Lincoln's Birthday

Yesterday was Lincoln's birthday and there was no daycare. I had work, so Tripp got to go to work with Daddy! He had a blast! Bob brought his walker and let Tripp loose in the hallways of the UCONN Drama building. He ran up and down the hall stopping at any and every open door to peek in and say hi! He was a big hit and quite the charmer as always.

When the work day ended for me I bolted over to UCONN to releave Bob of his duties. Before I wisked Tripp away I introduced him to the ramp that connects the Drama Building to the Music Building. We went up and down it several times before Daddy had a moment to join us for some fun, so by the time we started taking video Tripp was already pretty tired.

Here is a video of him exploring UCONN in his walker. Enjoy!

He passed out in his car seat well before we made it to the car!

Pretzels!

Tripp is teething like crazy! We can see the white rectangles trying to breakthrough his pink gums on the top and bottom...but nothing yet. So he loves going to town on his gums with a nice hard pretzel rod. Here are some pictures of Tripp really trying to help those teeth along!

Want some?
Now what?
Guess I'll wash it down with some water!
