Look at me!!!!!

Tripp continuously amazes us as he reaches yet another milestone! Alice (daycare lady) was quick thinking and grabbed her camera to capture this little gem of a photo. Tripp pulled himself up to standing!
First crawling, now this?! He is growing up so fast!

His Father's Son

As many of you know, Bob gave his mother quite a scare many times throughout his youth. Once, when he was an infant, he crawled up into a wicker coffee table to take a nap. He was sound asleep and did not hear his mother calling for him and remained hidden. Naturally scaring the you know what out of his mommy. Finally she found him curled up on the bottom shelf of the coffee table having a peaceful nap! After that it was not unusual to find Bob in bizarre spots, in fact, that's where his family started to look first!

The Copley's 1975

Bob is 1 year old

Our story:

Tripp was giving himself a full 6oz bottle (what a big boy!) while I had work to do in the kitchen. I checked on him every couple of minutes , to reassure him I'm still here and to make sure the little stinker hadn't rolled anywhere........

......All was well. Then I went in to check on him and he was gone! He can't crawl yet, so he could only go as far as he can roll and skootch. I noticed Cedar staring at her chair instead of sitting in it ........

......Out popped Tripp!

Yup, he is going to be a handful!

Needless to say,

we have a new found understanding and appreciation for the play pen!!!!!!

I think I see a similar twinkle of mischief in their eyes!
