T is for Teeth!

That's right, teeth!! Tripp has 4 teeth!!!
He has 2 on top and 2 on bottom.
They just appeared one day, after many nights of discomfort
and several tubes of Ora gel!
2!
Sorry, I couldn't get any pics of the top 2.
Here are some pics of Tripp on his new Rocking Horse,
a gift from one of Bob's colleagues.
He loves it and can make it rock all by himself!
He also has an excellent dismount - my little cowboy!

As Tripp's 1st birthday approaches, excitement fills the air.

He checks for age spots....

...Mom, are you keeping track of how tall I'm getting?

B is for Book

Tripp loves his books!
He especially likes the hard page books. He points out his favorite animals and talks up a storm! His favorite book is Snuggle Puppy. He points at the pictures and says "Daw". So close! Soon he'll be saying "dawg". That's right even though mommy has left NY and lost her accent.....that NY blood runs strong through Tripp.
DAWG
10 Little Monkeys is also a big favorite.
Tripp is our little Monkey, so it figures that he loves this book!

I see a firetruck.....

...a big red shiny, firetruck.

That's the song that haunts my dreams. Tripp got this walk along firetruck from Grands Capano for X-Mas and Tripp loves the song and plays it non - stop!! AAAhhhh!!! That Song!

Until today. Today, when we heard the song going off, we turned to see our son walking behind the firetruck for the first time!

Woo! Hoo!
No, he's not walking...yet. Tripp can stand up unaided, so walking is right around the corner...then comes running........Oiy!

Must Have Puffs!

Tripp loves his Puffs!
(A Cheerio sized snack for little ones that dissolves in their mouths.)
Story:
I was doing some work around the house, so I put Tripp in his walker and gave him some puffs. Well he dropped a couple, and when he ran out of the ones on his tray, he decided to go and get 'em!
Don't worry, he didn't get hurt. Our son is quite the little acrobat / dare devil. He loves to climb up, down, over.....he's a climber!

Later, he tried to climb back in!!
